Viewing the DVD, "The Courage to Change: Portraits of Men in Recovery" has been approved by IAODAPCA for 3 Continuing Education Units.
Participants must view the DVD in its entirety and complete the post-test in order to qualify for the Continuing Education Units.
To receive your IAODAPCA approved CEUs
Simply download, print, and fill out the application form. Then complete the attached post-test and send both pages along with a $30 check or money order payable to Clinical Digital to the address indicated on the form.
Once the post-test and payment are received, a cerificate of completion and evaluation form will be mailed to you.
